{S60:1434} Great news: Free sign up for Symbian and Java apps

Apps written with Qt, Symbian C++, Java, and Flash Lite are supported
and can be signed for free by Nokia.
Ovi Publishers can request to have their Symbian and Java apps signed
for free, thus reducing the time for Ovi Publishers to two weeks and
bring the cost involved to $0 (USD).
